1. What this site hosts
The site stores numbers, not media. It does not host, cache, mirror, convert or distribute TikTok videos, audio tracks, thumbnails or profile pictures. Video playback on the viewer page happens inside TikTok's own embed player, served by TikTok — the video never passes through this site's servers.
The material actually published here is original: the interface, the written explanations and the code behind the tools. Statistics quoted from public profiles are facts and are attributed to the account they describe.
2. Trademarks
TikTok, ByteDance and all other product or company names mentioned on the site are the property of their respective owners. They are used descriptively, to explain what the tools read, and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement. If you believe a name or mark is used in a way that creates confusion, write to the address below and it will be reviewed.
3. Sending a copyright notice
If you own copyright in material that appears on this site and believe it is used without authorisation, send a notice to [email protected] with the subject line “Copyright notice”. A notice that follows the structure of 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) can be acted on fastest and should contain:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The URL of the page on this site where the material is said to appear, precise enough to locate it.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
4. What happens next
- Acknowledgement within two business days.
- Review of the specific URL, not the whole site, so that unrelated tools stay online while a single page is examined.
- Where the claim is valid, the material is removed or rewritten, usually within five business days, and you are told what changed.
- Where the claim appears to be mistaken — for example, a request to remove a public statistic rather than a creative work — the reply explains why, and offers to add context or attribution if that resolves it.
5. Counter-notice
If material you published here was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It should identify the removed material and its previous URL, state under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and include your name, address and contact details plus consent to the jurisdiction of the competent court at the operator's place of business.
6. Repeat infringement
Because the site does not host user-uploaded media, there is no upload channel through which repeat infringement could occur. Should the site ever add such a channel, accounts that receive repeated valid notices will be terminated.
7. Misrepresentation
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice can create liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) and equivalent laws elsewhere. Please check that you own the rights and that the URL is correct before sending.
8. Other requests
Requests to remove a public statistic, to hide an account, or to take down content that lives on TikTok should go to TikTok, which controls that content and its own reporting tools. This site cannot remove anything from TikTok. For privacy matters, see the privacy policy.
