You must be at least 13 years old to use the site, or older where your local law sets a higher age for consenting to online services.
2. What the service is
The site provides free tools that read statistics TikTok publishes on public profile and video pages, and two calculators that work entirely from figures you enter. Everything is provided free of charge and without registration.
3. No download functionality
The site does not host, convert, extract, re-encode or distribute TikTok videos, audio, images or any other copyrighted media, and offers no download function. Nothing in these terms grants you a licence to any content owned by TikTok, its creators or any third party.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of TikTok's own terms of service.
- Query the service through automated scripts, crawlers, bots or bulk jobs, or attempt to circumvent caching, rate limits or network protections.
- Resell, sublicense or repackage the service or its output as your own product, or present the tools as part of another service without written permission.
- Interfere with the operation of the site, including by flooding it with requests, probing for vulnerabilities without permission, or introducing malicious code.
- Use the output to harass, stalk, dox or defame any person, or to make automated decisions about an individual that have legal or similarly significant effects.
- Represent the site's estimates as guarantees, or as official figures from TikTok.
Reasonable personal use — checking an account, comparing a handful of creators, quoting a figure with attribution — is exactly what the tools are for and is always welcome.
5. Availability and changes
The tools depend on pages TikTok serves to the public. When TikTok changes its markup or throttles requests, a lookup may fail temporarily or return a degraded result, and the interface will say so. Tools may be added, changed or withdrawn at any time without notice. There is no service-level commitment and no guarantee of uptime.
6. Intellectual property
The site's own code, design, layout and written explanations belong to the operator. You may link to any page and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not copy the site wholesale, mirror it, or reuse its text as your own content.
Statistics belong to nobody in particular — they are facts published by TikTok. Trademarks such as TikTok and ByteDance belong to their respective owners and are used on this site only to describe what the tools read.
7. No affiliation

8. Estimates are not advice
The earnings calculator produces a range from published creator-fund rates and public sponsorship benchmarks. It is an estimate for orientation only, not a quote, an offer, a valuation or financial, tax or legal advice. Actual earnings depend on factors the calculator cannot see, including audience geography, watch time, brand relationships and platform policy changes.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. Statistics are passed through from TikTok without verification; the operator does not warrant that they are complete, current or correct.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities or reputational harm, arising from your use of or inability to use the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to use the site (which is zero) or the minimum permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the operator against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site, including claims brought by third parties over content you submit or redistribute.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts at the operator's place of business, after a good-faith attempt to resolve the matter by email.
This choice of law does not deprive consumers of the protection of mandatory rules in their country of habitual residence, including any right to bring proceedings locally where local law grants it.
13. General
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the privacy policy and cookie policy, are the entire agreement between you and the operator regarding the site.
Material changes to these terms are published on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
