1. Current status
The operator of this site does not sell personal information for money, and has not done so in the preceding twelve months. There is no list rental, no data brokerage and no bulk API for sale.
The one activity that can count as “sharing” under the CPRA is the use of advertising cookies that allow Google and its partners to show ads based on visits to this and other sites. That is cross-context behavioural advertising, and you can opt out of it below.
2. How to opt out
Opt out of advertising sharing
- Consent control. If a consent prompt appeared when you arrived, choose “Reject” or open the cookie settings link in the footer and decline personalised advertising.
- Google Ads Settings — disables personalised advertising across Google services.
- aboutads.info choices — opts out of participating third-party vendors.
Send a request by email
Email [email protected] with the subject “Do not sell or share” and state that you are exercising your opt-out right. Include the state you reside in. No account is needed, because there are no accounts.
An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission signed by you. Requests are actioned within 15 business days and confirmed by reply.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or an extension sends the Global Privacy Control signal, it is treated as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing for that browser. GPC is supported in Firefox, Brave and DuckDuckGo, and via extensions for Chrome and Edge.
3. What an opt-out does and does not do
- It stops your browser from being used for personalised advertising on this site, as far as the ad provider honours it.
- It does not remove ads. Non-personalised ads may still appear.
- It cannot delete data the site never had — there are no accounts, profiles or contact lists.
- It does not affect cookies already set; clear site data in your browser to remove those.
4. No discrimination
Exercising any privacy right will not change your access to the tools, the speed of the service, or the results returned. Every feature on this site is free and unauthenticated, so there is nothing to withhold.
